Wedding testimonials for Lakeside

I am writing to thank you for the service you gave us on the day of our daughter’s wedding. When we came to see Lakeside in 2010 we knew that it was the right venue for the special day but that was only the beginning. The buildings and grounds were perfect but what about the service and the menu – these were unknowns. We can now say that we could not have been served better. Rachel was exceptional in the way we were made to feel at ease and had everything explained to us; she then dealt with all our concerns in the time building up to the day. Late changes and dietary requirements were handled with care and concern. On the day itself, the staff were tremendous – they ensured that everything went to plan. The chef and his team were not seen but the quality of the food matched the rest of the service. The food was tasty and hot for the main meal and the variety, quality and quantity served at the evening buffet again met the highest of standards. On the day everything was perfect – we would not have changed a thing!
